Submit an Application for Employment

Unless otherwise noted, a City of South Portland employment application form is required for all jobs listed. Download this Application for Employment, then email it to apply@southportland.gov.

Employment Applications and job descriptions may also be obtained from the Human Resources Office in the City of South Portland’s City Hall. 

Completed, original applications must be received by the Human Resources department by the deadline stated in any position’s posting. Completed applications, along with resume, cover letter and other supporting documents, may be emailed to Genny Dyer, Human Resources Compliance Specialist at gdyer@southportland.gov, or faxed to the attention of Human Resources Department at (207) 347-8303.
