SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine – In regards to the press release dated July 29, 2024: The 18-year-old male robbery suspect, Davyn FLYNN, was arrested in Biddeford just before noon today. Biddeford Police responded to a hit and run motor vehicle crash, where the operator had fled the scene. The vehicle that crashed had been reported stolen out of Scarborough earlier this morning. FLYNN was located in the area, and taken into police custody.
FLYNN was summonsed for charges out of Biddeford and Scarborough, and will be transported to the Cumberland County Jail for the South Portland Police Department arrest warrant that was issued on July 29, 2024 (Robbery and other misc. charges previously stated). At the time of this release, FLYNN has not been fully processed at the jail and bail has not yet been set.
