Proposals for Owner’s Representative for City Facilities Renovation and Construction (RFP# 13-25) will be received electronically by the South Portland Purchasing Agent at until 2:00 pm local time, NOVEMBER 13, 2024 and then said office will post them to our Purchasing website. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE” (Bid# 13-25)”.
Proposers must register and download Electronic (PDF) copies of the RFP Documents at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx . Printed copies of the Bid Documents are not available.
