ACTION ON OLD AND NEW BUSINESS

1. ORDER #103-24/25 - Award of Owner's Representative for the City Facilities Renovation Project. - PASSED

At this special meeting, Council discussed a single item: the award of Owner's Representative for the City's facilities renovation/Mahoney project to Colliers Project Leaders. This item was postponed from the December 10, 2024 meeting. For this design/engineering/cost estimate phase of the project, no new funding is required, as Council already approved funding for this service in the fiscal year 2025 budget.
