Applications are now available for the City of South Portland 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and can be found on the City of South Portland website Community Development page.
Funds come from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Eligible projects include public facilities and infrastructure, housing, economic development and public services. Projects should primarily benefit low-moderate income communities or individuals/households.
Program staff are available to discuss project ideas, answer application questions, and make site visits.
