Property valuations are increasing across Maine, especially for residential properties, as a result of State requirements that assessed values be in line with market values. Do you have questions about your assessed property value here in South Portland? The Assessing team invites you to join for questions and answer sessions in September.
Drop by to get answers to your questions and learn from staff about this year's property valuation changes and the tax equalization process. Attendees will have the opportunity to schedule a follow-up meeting to review their individual property file during the Q&A sessions.
