Here is an update on the State DOT milling and paving projects occurring in South Portland:
- Sunday (8/4) starting at 4 PM: Milling Evans Street between Nutter Rd and Highland Ave. This is a very loud operation that will disturb abutters. All States will de/remobilizing the milling operation to the Ocean St Spur if milling is completed at a reasonable time on Evans. Work will be complete and out of the roadway by 6 AM.
- Monday (8/5) - Thursday (8/8) from 7 PM to 6 AM : Milling Ocean St Spur, then Ocean St between Market St and Broadway, then Broadway/Route 77 mainline from Cottage Rd in South Portland to the State/York St intersection in Portland, including the Beach St onramp.
