Agendas & Minutes
All City Board and Committee Agendas and Packet material may be found on BoardDocs. All packet material and agendas will be posted by 4:30 pm on Thursday the week prior to the scheduled meeting. Regional Committees agendas and minutes may be found on the organization's website.
Applying to a Board / Committee
The City Clerk's office is accepting applications to serve on a City Board/Committee. See which committees have current and upcoming openings on the Committees page.
Interested persons are encouraged to fill out an application online or in person at the City Clerk's office located at City Hall during normal business hours. Applications on file are regularly sent to the City Councilors who then reach out to applicants to discuss serving on committees. The Council votes on appointments to the boards and committees at the regular City Council meetings. For most Boards, City Councilors may appoint from anywhere in the City as long as there is no more than a certain amount of representation from any one city district. If you need to know your city district, use the City Street Library (PDF).
To apply to one of the Regional Boards/Committees, send your cover letter and resume to the City Clerk.
